Section 1
Who can work with our campaigns
Anyone with an active public channel on YouTube, TikTok or Instagram can participate. Closed or private accounts are not eligible — videos from private channels will not be accepted for review.
Prohibited channel themes
Channels focused on the following content are not eligible to participate:
- Cartoons, animation or children's content
- Religious or political content
- Mindless "brain-rot" content with no substance
- Content aimed exclusively at female audiences (cooking hacks, lifestyle tips, etc.) unless specified in the campaign
- Shock/trash content (provocative, cringe or offensive material)
- Violence, fights, aggression — even if staged
Having any of the above content on your channel may result in rejection from campaigns. Always check the specific campaign rules — some campaigns may have additional or different restrictions.
Posting limits
- If your channel averages over 10,000 views per video — maximum 10 videos per day per account
- If your channel averages under 10,000 views per video — no daily limit
Section 2
How to join a campaign
All available campaigns are listed on your Clippz dashboard after registration. To join:
- Create an account at clippz.io
- Browse available campaigns in your dashboard
- Click "Join" on a campaign you want to participate in
- Read the campaign brief carefully before creating content
- Create your video following the campaign rules
- Submit the video link through your dashboard
Read every campaign brief before starting. Each campaign has unique requirements — failing to follow them may result in your video not being paid.
Section 3
Video creation rules
General rules
- Read the campaign brief in full before shooting
- Brand elements (logo, banner, overlay) must be visible for at least 90% of the video duration if animated, or 100% if static
- Do not slow down or speed up brand animations
- Brand overlay must match the quality of the original file provided — do not alter colors or backgrounds
- Each campaign specifies which platforms are accepted — only submit to allowed platforms
Acceptable platforms
- YouTube Shorts
- TikTok
- Instagram Reels
Prohibited when creating videos
- Using Google Ads, TikTok Ads or any paid promotion to boost views
- Using Instagram Reels Facebook promotion feature (views from Facebook will be deducted)
- Promoting other competing platforms or brands unless specifically allowed in the campaign
- Re-uploading videos that already contain another campaign's branding (unless covered per the re-upload rules below)
Re-uploads & secondary content
You may re-upload other creators' content with your campaign branding applied. However:
- Maximum 10% of your submitted batch can be re-uploaded content with blurred or covered old branding
- Blurs/overlays must cover no more than 1/3 of the screen — exceeding this means the video won't be paid
Section 4
Submission rules
After publishing your video, submit it for review through your Clippz dashboard. The video link must be public and accessible — broken or private links will be rejected automatically.
Submission deadlines
- Submit within 7 days of publishing the video
- The video must have at least 2,000 views before submission
- If the campaign has an end date and no separate view deadline, the last day of the campaign is the final submission day
Late submissions: If you submit after 7 days, views will be prorated. We divide your total views by the number of days since publication, then deduct views for each day of delay.
Example: Video was due in 7 days, submitted on day 9 (2 days late). Total views ÷ 9 = daily average. We deduct 2 days' worth of views from your total.
Multiple accounts
You can submit videos from multiple accounts, but you must be able to prove ownership. Buying, renting or selling accounts with existing views is strictly prohibited and will be checked.
Carousel posts
Instagram carousel posts are accepted only if you provide video proof of analytics (screenshot showing video stats, not photo stats).
Section 5
Review process & timelines
After submission, our moderation team reviews your video. Review takes up to 5 business days. You will see the status update in your dashboard.
Review outcomes
- Approved — payout is calculated based on verified views and added to your wallet
- Needs analytics — we need a screenshot of your video analytics. Upload it through the dashboard
- Rejected — video does not meet campaign rules. The reason will be stated in your dashboard
View counting
- Views are counted per individual video — they are not combined across multiple videos
- Views from paid promotion (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook) are deducted
- The moderator has final authority on the view count and payout amount
- Views are never rounded up
If your video was removed by the platform before review, contact support. We will calculate the average daily views for your channel on that day and pay accordingly. If you have screen recording proof of the view count, you will be paid the full amount.
View caps
Some campaigns have view caps — check the campaign brief. Common structure:
- Views up to 1,000,000 — paid at 100% CPM
- Views above 1,000,000 — paid at 50% CPM
- Some campaigns cap at 3,000,000 views total
Section 6
Payout rules
Payouts are processed in USDT (Tether). Once your submission is approved, the payout amount is added to your available balance after a 24-hour hold.
Minimum payout
How to withdraw
- Go to the Wallet section in your dashboard
- Add your USDT wallet address (TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20)
- Request a withdrawal — our team processes it manually
- You will receive a notification when the transfer is complete
Your balance has two states: Pending (being held for 24h after approval) and Available (ready to withdraw). You can only withdraw from Available balance.
Payout calculation
Payout = (verified views ÷ 1,000,000) × CPM rate. If a submission bonus is set on the campaign, it's added on top. Payout is always capped at the remaining campaign budget.
Example: Campaign CPM = $40. Your video got 500,000 verified views.
Payout = (500,000 ÷ 1,000,000) × $40 = $20
Section 7
Prohibited content & fraud
The following will result in immediate rejection of your video and may lead to a permanent ban from the platform:
- View manipulation, bots or any artificial inflation of view counts
- Using paid promotion (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads) to boost views
- Submitting videos that violate the platform's own terms of service (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
- Submitting the same video multiple times under different accounts
- Purchasing, renting or borrowing accounts to submit videos
- Promoting competing view-monetization platforms within your content
- Altering or fabricating analytics screenshots
Clippz reserves the right to reject any video and ban any account at its sole discretion if fraud or rule violations are detected. All decisions by the moderation team are final.
Section 8
FAQ
Do views from multiple videos stack?
No. Each video is reviewed and paid separately. You can submit multiple videos from the same campaign, but each one is counted individually.
Can I post the same video on multiple platforms?
Only if the campaign allows it. Check the campaign brief — each campaign specifies which platforms are accepted.
Can I submit videos I've already published before joining Clippz?
No. Only videos published after joining a campaign with the correct branding are eligible.
Can I use my own referral link in the video?
Only if the campaign brief explicitly allows it. Using referral links from other platforms in the same video will result in rejection.
Can I post in collaboration / co-author mode on Instagram Reels?
Yes, but views will be counted as a single video from a single account.
Can I share my video with friends to get initial views?
Yes — organic sharing is allowed and encouraged. Paid promotion is not.
What if my video gets taken down by the platform?
Contact support immediately. If you have screen recording proof of the view count before takedown, you'll be paid the full amount. Without proof, we calculate based on your channel's daily average.
Can I change the view count after submitting?
No. Once submitted, the view count is locked. Submit when you're ready.
Can I wait to submit so my video gets more views?
Yes, but you must submit within 7 days of publishing. After that, late penalties apply.
My video got 95,000 views — will it be rounded to 100,000?
No. Views are never rounded. You will be paid for the exact verified view count.
What formats are accepted for YouTube?
YouTube Shorts only. Long-form YouTube videos are not accepted unless specifically stated in the campaign.
